Being a Leader can be lonely β join our next cohort experienceI'm excited to share that the 3rd and 4th cohorts of the Design Leader Accelerator are open for enrollment, with our kick-off beginning March 4th and April 1st respectively. The Accelerator is a mix of self-paced content and live group coaching. The current cohort is in full swing, and we are learning about Leading Through Others this upcoming week. βAlison helped me find the confidence I had deep down but needed help to uncover. She is truly a calming and comforting presence. Her coaching style allowed me to dig deep without feeling any pressure to have all the answers.
