It's been a journey of self-discovery, skill-building, and community formation. Being a Leader can be lonely – join our next cohort experience

I'm excited to share that the 3rd and 4th cohorts of the Design Leader Accelerator are open for enrollment, with our kick-off beginning March 4th and April 1st respectively. The Accelerator is a mix of self-paced content and live group coaching. The current cohort is in full swing, and we are learning about Leading Through Others this upcoming week.

Scaling your leadership and leading not only through authority with your direct reports, but also influencing cross-functional teams, resolving team dynamics and conflicts becomes essential to career growth – and are part of the four blockers to growth I'm hoping to remove for folks through this program.
