Join an intimate peer coaching circle with up to 8 fellow leaders facilitated by Alison Gretz, ACC. We'll meet twice per month to dive into current dilemmas, support each other and have space to brainstorm, vent and coach towards our goals. Included is access to the beta Leadership by Design Community space for ongoing connection.
This is a 6 month (2 quarter) commitment so you can get to know your group well. If you aren't happy with your experience after a month, Alison will work with you 1x1. 🥰
